During his sentence, he started getting in shape and focusing on fitness, revealing his new look in April around the time of his release from prison.
He told In Touch that he dropped the pounds through a combination of a proper diet and exercise.
‘I actually do a lot of the eating [from the food] that they do give us [in prison],’ Nava explained in the interview. ‘But sometimes I do indulge [on the commissary items] and have a cheat day,’ he added.

As for his workout regimen, Nava admitted that fitness has become ‘almost like an addiction’ for him while he’s been serving his time.

Nava was released in May 2020, and just a few months later filed for divorce from his Arkhipchenko.
